Accomodation Details
The house itself has been recently redecorated
and refurbished to a high standard and offers thermostatically
controlled central heating throughout. There is a lounge area
with comfortable settees, the use of Sky TV and video equipment
plus a good selection of films. A new beech dining suite comfortably
seats up to eight persons. A modern kitchen includes Neff
electric cooker and gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave and all
the equipment found in a modern house.
There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom
with ensuite shower and one double bunk bedroom. All rooms
are incredibly light and airy and furnished with wardrobes
and chest of drawers. A family bathroom includes a bath, toilet,
shower and basin. Two other separate toilets are located on
the ground and first floor each with hand basins.
Outside is a pleasant mature garden with large south facing, secluded, patio
shaded when desired by an awning. Available for use are a
large wooden garden table, chairs and parasol. To the front
there is private parking for 2 cars. There is also a laundry
area with a washing machine and separate dryer.
All the amenities of the house (including cot
and high chair) are included in the rental price.
